This is accomplished within our team, by working closely with our clients to gain an in-depth understanding of their business requirements and a 24/7 availability.
4. Services:
Search and Selection – the advertised approach. We get competitive rates on media bookings and place ads as well as filter the response for you so you can get on with your key rolls and leave the recruiting to us! Head Hunting – the direct approach and direct introduction. You may already have identified individuals you wish to target or may wish to take our researched advice. We may carry out a specific search and selection on your behalf (this takes many forms and we can fully disclose how this may be tailored to suit your needs, the sector, medium and the role to the most effective and satisfactory result.) Written profile on candidates – You will receive potential candidate CV’s accompanied by a verbal or written profile on the background, character and expectations of those best for to the position. We will arrange interviews for your diary as specified. Full feedback is obtained from candidates and yourselves alike. Reference checks – we will conduct full reference checks with previous companies and supply you with the complete written details should it be requested. Credit checks –credit checks can be obtained with the permission of the specific candidate if required for the position. Criminal checks - we will conduct a thorough criminal check if required by our client. We have a strong policy never to target any candidates in the employ of our existing clients.
5. Ownership and Holding Structure:
Career Consignment Solutions is a closed corporation. We are an Exempted Micro Enterprise (EME) with a level 4 rating. Career Consignment Solutions conducts a proper screening and selection process before submitting candidates for a particular position. We have a firm policy not to refer a candidate unless he/she has been personally interviewed by one of our recruitment consultants for the particular position. |
